- blog planning and update, (30 minutes maximum) x 2
- top 3 objectives visualization and feeling into being x 2, (10 minutes)
- yoga or tai chi (1 hour)
- run, rollerblade or dance (30 minutes)
- production (2 hour)
- pre-production and preparation (6 hours)
Sunday
- blog revisions and organization (4 hours)
